Application for Graduation

Candidates for a degree who expect to complete the requirements for their degree by means of Summer Session courses must make formal application for graduation no later than June 29, 2012. A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed after this date. Note: Graduation fees are non refundable. There are no guarantees that late applications will be accepted. Special forms for this purpose are available from Undergraduate Records and Graduate Records or can be requested from http://registrar.uvic.ca. (The application for graduation form is not to be confused with the form required for the Ministry of Education in connection with any change in teacher certification.)

Students who complete degree requirements at Summer Session are eligible to graduate the following November, when the Senate grants their degrees. The Fall 2012 Convocation ceremony is scheduled for November 13 & 14, 2012.
