Teacher Qualification Service Category
The Teacher Qualification Service evaluates BC public school teachers’ professional and academic qualifications and assigns categories based on these qualifications. The Service determines this Category only upon application by a teacher, and only when a BC teaching credential has already been granted. Categories are assigned on the basis of complete years of professional preparation.
