This innovative diploma program is designed to engage learners in a wide range of current topics related to intercultural education. You can expect to:
- develop knowledge and skills in intercultural relationships and cross-cultural communication in the workplace, local community and international settings
- strengthen your understanding of intercultural relationships and social justice and develop a framework for practice
- enhance your awareness of cultural conflict, racism, power and ethnocentrism, and learn approaches to their resolution
- apply strategies that foster respect and promote inclusion
