Self Reporting

Reporting Your Grades

The University of Victoria is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for current grade 12 students in Canada!

After submitting an application for admission and receiving a student number, students can self-report their final grade 11 marks until November 30th to be considered for a conditional offer of admission for September 2010 entry.

It's Simple!

Steps to Reporting Your Grades

  1. Apply on-line for admission (if you have not already done so). Within a few days you will receive an email confirmation with your UVic student number. Then return to this page by November 30th to self-report your marks.
  2. Review the Secondary School Admission Requirements for your province. The required subjects and average depends on which program you chose when you applied for admission.
  3. Access the Self-Reporting site to enter your grades. Please have your final grade 11 marks, UVic Student number and a valid email address ready. (To ensure you receive our messages, be sure to add uvic.ca to your email's safe senders list.) BC students must also provide their PEN (Personal Education Number) when self reporting. Ask your school for this number if you don't already know it.
