UVic Self Reporting is Closed
Thank you for your interest in attending the University of Victoria. The March 31st deadline has now passed and we are unable to consider further self-reported grades. Please be assured, however, that there is still one more opportunity to be considered for early admission:
BC high school students - You will be automatically evaluated for admission early May using electronic grades received directly from the Ministry of Education, as submitted by your counsellor during April. To ensure that we receive your grades, please verify that you have provided your permission using the Online PSI (Post-Secondary Institutions) Selections Form at https://www.bced.gov.bc.ca/exams/tsw/tsw/student/.
Ontario high school students - You will be evaluated for admission during April/May using electronic grades received from the Ontario Universities' Application Centre, provided that you reported your OUAC# to us when you applied. If you do not have an OUAC#, please follow the instructions for out-of-province students as listed above.
Other out-of-province high school students - Please arrange to have your counsellor send us a transcript of your grades to-date. It should include final grades for all grade 11 and 12 courses that you have already completed and midterm grades for any courses currently in progress. We will consider you for early admission provided that your grades have arrived in our office by May.
International Baccalaureate Diploma students - Please arrange to have your counsellor send us your predicted IB grades on school letterhead. We will consider you for early admission provided that your grades have arrived in our office by May.
We look forward to receiving your grades and hope to see you on campus this Fall!
