As an Advanced Placement student, you’re on the road to personal and professional excellence and we want to reward your achievements.
If you completed an Advanced Placement exam through the College Entrance Examination Board in 1989 or later with a grade of 4 or 5, you will receive transfer credit. A grade of 3 will be considered for advanced standing. (Advanced standing allows you to register into a higher level of course work, but does not give you credit for a specific UVic course.)
A full list of AP courses that are assigned transfer credit is outlined in the BC Transfer Guide based on the year in which the course(s) was completed. If your course is not yet included, please contact our office as we are adding to our list all the time.
Official transcripts sent directly from The College Board are required in order for transfer credit to be awarded for Advanced Placement courses.
Our CEEB code is 0989.
