In cases where the number of qualified applicants exceeds the number that can be accommodated, the University reserves the right to set enrollment limits for a faculty or program and to establish admission criteria (“cutoffs”) beyond the minimum published requirement. ADMISSION AVERAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS
Students from universities or university transfer programs in Canada who have a GPA of at least 2.00 can be considered for admission to a number of programs at the University of Victoria, while other programs have a higher minimum for consideration. In addition, many programs have specific course prerequisites and additional selection criteria. You are advised to check all admission requirements carefully as well as consult with the program’s website for further details. Below are the cutoffs that were used for Fall 2010 entry:
