CHANGES: Students should wait until the final examination timetable is posted before making travel or employment arrangements.

SECURITY ALERT: Please be advised that in previous years there has been a number of incidents of theft of personal belongings during examinations held in large venues on campus.  Since you may not be permitted to keep your personal belongings at your desk during an examination, you are strongly advised not to bring personal belongings to examinations. ie., laptops, textbooks, electronic equipment.

If you must bring personal valuables to campus during an exam, you are advised to obtain a safe location or locker to store your belongings.  Please be aware that the University is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings while on campus.

RCSD STUDENTS:  The RCSD offers exam supervision services and secure access to assistive technology for instructors accommodating students with a disability.    Exam arrangements can only be made once professors have received the memo from the RCSD confirming that a student is registered with the RCSD.   It is essential that students submit Exam Arrangement Forms two weeks prior to the first day of the final exam period.
