Exam Invigilation Services for Non-UVic Courses

The University of Victoria is able to host exams for students taking classes at other institutions who wish to write their exams in Victoria. This service is coordinated by the Office of the Registrar and exams are conducted by trained University of Victoria invigilators in accordance with the strictest professional standards.

Invigilation services are available for both online and paper exams. Single client exams are hosted in our secure exam centre in the Registrar’s Office and we are able to host small or large groups in classrooms or computer labs. The cost of invigilation is $50.00 per 4 hour exam and there may be a room rental fee for larger groups. We are also able to ship exams back to the home institution via courier for a small additional fee.

Administrative offices and academic departments are closed on statutory holidays. Holidays which fall on a weekend are observed on the next available weekday.
