Help is available!

• General inquiries can be made through Ask UVic, the online answer system available 24/7. We have recently updated the answers to address questions about the new system.
• Online tutorials are available for Undergraduate and Graduate students to walk you through the registration changes.
• If you can't resolve your questions online, you may call our help line at
  250-721-8142 with questions about the undergraduate registration process.
• Email questions to reghelp@uvic.ca.
• If you require technical assistance, visit the UVIC Helpdesk or phone
  250-721-7687.
• If you have a registration date and time assigned to you in My page, but still can't register, check to see if you have any registration holds. In My page, in the Student Services collection (in the left side-bar menu), click the "holds and alerts" tab to make sure you are cleared to register.
• Consult the Lecture sequences (or timetable patterns) to review the general days and times classes are scheduled
  • Use the Timetable worksheet to plan your courses (this is a PDF of a blank timetable)
