Confirmations are produced at the Activity level.
Confirmations are run each evening for bookings created and/or changed during the day. They are sent to the email address of the user managing the activity. If your email address is not entered into your user information in EnCampus Enterprise you will not receive confirmations. (contact tbritt@uvic.ca).
If you are in a group (LAW/SCF/SCHE/SOCW) and you are not the user managing the activity, to obtain a confirmation the next day change the "managed by" user.
Enter comments in the Activity Note field.
Enter Service area information in the Reservation Note field.

Hint: free form fields – don’t copy a “dash” – from word, it will result in an unprintable character

Subject line: This mail contains the files for Confirmation ID*
The confirmation will be attached to the email as a PDF (named*).
* the Confirmation ID is the Event ID – Activity ID (e.g. MATH 09C - 02).
When distributing the (PDF) confirmation, you may wish to add additional notes to the email.
If the confirmation contains errors or is missing information, correct and/or add information to the booking in EnCampus Enterprise and save your changes. A new (PDF) confirmation will be emailed to you the following day.
Note: production confirmation emails are sent from orias@minnow.comp.uvic.ca. If you receive one from orias@fulmar.comp.uvic.ca it is from the development data base.
