EnCampus Enterprise Status (keeping informed)

To keep informed on the day-to-day status (outages, updates ...) of EnCampus, sign up to receive email notifications:

1. Go to https://helpdesk.uvic.ca/tools/index.php?next_page=informed/view_do.php&timing=0&refresh=300&expand=Informed
2. To subscribe or check your subscriptions, click on Informed, then My Email Subscriptions.
3. Log in with your netlink id and (netlink id ) password
4. On the Informed – My Subscriptions page that comes up, double-check the email address to which messages will be sent. Then check the box beside Infosilem (in the middle column under Enterprise Applications). Press the Save button at the bottom of the page. A new page will appear to let you know your save has been completed.
