EnCampus Booking System - Introduction

The first step is to Login to EnCampus.

EnCampus Online Help

When you login to EnCampus, there is online help available. The online help screens will guide you through the EnCampus Environment. Note most users will only have access to the Event module.

Using Basic Infosilem EnCampus Functionalities has a Select Columns option which lets the user decide which columns are to be displayed in their list views. To open the Select Columns screen, right-click in a list view screen, choose Select Columns and then choose the fields (columns) you wish to include or to remove from the list view. This option is very useful for reports and when using the filter tool as shown in the help screens.

Review the Help menu items: Event module: My Workbook and Event Management. Ignore Describing the Reservation Tabs.

It is highly recommended you review the online help screens before training.

Training for scheduling units is through the Scheduling department. Scheduling units are identified in the naming conventions. For a demonstration of how to complete a booking, contact Tara at 8128 or Jan at 7587.
